Cancellation Policy

Once purchasing your course we are unable to change your course dates or its content at any time, So please ensure you are happy with your booking, The Location of where the training is held and content before proceeding to booking dates and make any payments. If The Little Luxe Studio need to cancel or reschedule your training Course. The Little Luxe Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course in exceptional circumstances and we will notify the student at our earliest convenience should this be the case. Refunds will not be given for rescheduled courses, however, a full refund will be refunded for any cancelled courses by The Little Luxe Studio. Where a course is rescheduled you will need to notify us within 72 hours if you can not attend on the new date we have offered to you, then we will issue you with a credit note which will be valid for 12 months to redeem against a training course. All courses once purchased are Non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note you must complete all of the theory, case studies, exam and practical hours you have signed up to in order to receive your qualification and certificate of achievement. Location - All training is held at The Little Luxe Studio - Training Academy 2 Croft Fields, Bedworth, CV12 8QT All bookings require a full payment upfront to secure your training session. This is to secure your dates and without full payment your lesson or course will not be confirmed.
